Just as an aside if you have been a little naughty and are only just searching for your sunscreen at the back of your bathroom cupboard, check the use-by date, if your sunscreen has been open longer than it should be, it won’t offer the right level of protection, look for a picture of an open pot with a number in it, like 12M.
Remember to use at least SPF 30, and reapply frequently. It’s easy to miss bits, so don’t overlook the back of the neck, cleavage (especially if changing outfits) the tips of the ears, and the end of one’s nose.
